In terms of the Circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs notifying “Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016”, Companies are required to upload the details of unclaimed dividend lying with them on their website. In view of the above, information of shareholders (as on September 28, 2017) who have not claimed dividend paid by the Company on shares, is provided hereunder:
Those Shareholders who have not claimed their dividend are hereby advised to claim their unclaimed / unpaid amount due to them by making a request to the Company giving their particulars before the same are transferred to the IEPF. Once unclaimed dividend is transferred to the IEPF, no claim shall lie in respect thereof, either with the Company or the IEPF.?
